Cosmetic Clinical Research, what is it?
Cosmetic clinical research is scientific studies and trials conducted in the field of aesthetic medicine, which includes cosmetic treatments, procedures, new indications/uses and products under the health authority and Good Clinical Practice guidelines. These studies investigate the safety, effectiveness and outcomes of various aesthetic interventions. Our MSPR research professionals in collaboration with Pharmaceutical Sponsors have conducted numerous clinical trials exploring new techniques, technologies, and products to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy in the pursuit of cosmetic medicine and skin ageing. By choosing to participate in one of our studies, you are directly contributing to the discovery of novel therapies and helping advance the world of skin aging.
What does it mean to be a research participant?
When you participate in a study, your study center will inform you of the number of visits required to complete the study. One or several visits during a period of a few days to several months can be required. This will depend on the characteristics of the study that you’re participating in and will be clearly detailed with an informed consent form with all the specifics to the trial you are considering participation in. You may be compensated financially for your time and travel when you participate in a study. By choosing to participate in one of our current studies, you are directly contributing to the discovery of novel therapies and helping advance the world of cometic medicine.
